You should assume that everything you see on this site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without the written consent of Diverse Simplicity™, and any other parties involved.

All buyers are in agreement of the terms stated herein, with or without reading them.

Please take the time to read everything, so that there aren't any surprises.


- Orders -

Orders are handled on a first come first served basis.   Please see my processing times, before placing an order.

Your "spot in line" is determined by when your payment is received, not necessarily when it was placed.   So please keep in mind that even if your order number is before others, it does not mean it will be worked on, or completed, as such.

  Orders that are not confirmed, within 1 week from being placed, will be canceled.   Correspondence must be timely, to keep everything running smoothly.

Orders that are not paid for, after 1 month of invoicing, will be canceled.   If you are still wanting, whatever it may be that you had ordered, you must re-place your order, and take a new place in line.

Orders that are canceled after construction has begun, will be charged a $10 cancellation fee.   Depending on the amount of work completed, there may be an additional fee applied for materials.


- Returns -

I do not accept returned items due to federal health regulations.   So, please make sure you are happy with your choosen options, like colors, and what not, before completing the sale.

I do offer free custom color matching.   However it is not always accurate.   Hence it being a free service.


- Shipping -

I am not responsible for items once they are shipped.   Please insure packages for your safety.   If a package is returned to me, due to an invalid address, it can be reshipped.   Please take into account, that if it was the address given to me, then the buyer will have to pay for the re-shipment.   If we are at fault, we will gladly pay the cost of reshipping the parcel.

So, please double check the shipping address you send with your order.


- Payment -

- postal money orders [preferred method]
- cash [only at your own risk!]
- Paypal
- Bidpay



Very important :
I do not accept money orders from [drug stores, gas stations, etc].   It must be a green & yellow postal money order, which can be purchased at your local post office.

You can also use BidPay, to purchase a money order.   They go through Western Union.

I also do not take personal checks.   Please be sure to send the proper payment forms.   If you have any questions, just contact me.

I only accept from Paypal in US funds, for payments from buyers outside the US.   International buyers are responsible for all custom fees that may be applicable.

Also, we will not be held accountable for lost payments.   Please make sure that you send it to the address listed in the invoice.   For added ease, you can send it with delivery confirmation or signature.   That way you know it arrived safely.
